Stand Up For The Weekend is our big Saturday night comedy show featuring top circuit headliners and guest acts plus incredibly funny and engaging comperes who host the show. A choice of table seats, reserved row seats and unreserved row seats are available.

In a career spanning over thirty years, Brendan Dempsey's comedy has taken him around the world, the West End stage to the big and small screen - with a four year stint saving monkeys in Ghana inbetween!

From festivals in Montreal, Melbourne, Edinburgh and Kilkenny, to small rooms in Qingdao, China and the Nant-y-Ffinn motel in LLandissilio Wales - audiences of all ages have enjoyed his relaxed delivery of the ruthlessly honest and ridiculous. As an improviser he spent ten years with The Dublin Comedy Improv, co-founded the as imaginatively titled London Comedy Improv and has performed with The Comedy Store Players, Steve Frost's Impro All Stars and
The Second City.

Television appearances include the award winning TV comedies Father Ted and Moone Boy, he co-starred in sell out West End runs of One Flew over the Cuckoo’s Nest, and films including Gangs of New York. You might recognise him from Waking Ned. Your kids might remember seeing him on The Revenge Files of Alistair Fury for CBBC.
