"Utterly brilliant, going to be a huge star" Time Out

Irishman Andrew Ryan made his comedy circuit debut in 2008 when he spontaneously entered an open mike contest. Fast-forward to 2019 and he is now one of the most sought-after comics in recent years.

Andrew’s storytelling abilities and cheeky, friendly demeanour makes him a natural observational stand-up. He has performed stand-up on Russell Howard’s Good News, Edinburgh Comedy Fest Live, Comedy Central at The Comedy Store, and Funny Rotten Scoundrels. Andrew recently returned to his native Ireland performing to sold out audiences at Kilkenny’s Cat Laughs Festival and Dublin’s Iveagh Gardens Festival. Andrew returned to the Edinburgh Fringe in 2017 with his sell-out show ‘Did You Get Here Alright?’. Andrew has also made appearances on TV3’s The 6 O’Clock Show and BBC Northern Ireland’s The Blame Game. His latest solo show ‘Sure, You Know Yourself’ won Best New Show at the Leicester Comedy Festival Awards in 2018.

"A slight bemusement at the world, and a vulnerable like-ability that has the audience immediately on-side… impossible not to warm to him" Chortle

"An hour of hilarious comedy" EdFestMag

"Made his set look easy, left us wanting more. A must see act" The Stage

"Appealingly acidic.... a great comic sensibility with moments of sparkling verve" The Guardian

Scottish comedian Fern Brady was once declared by the Daily Telegraph as one of "top five young comedians to watch" and earlier this year she recorded her first half hour special for the BBC's Live From The BBC stand-up series. Not bad for someone who was persuaded to have a go at stand-up after being a comedy reviewer for a newspaper.

Fern is a disarmingly honest comic with a unique perspective and the voice of a Clydeside docker.
