Once you have booked your tickets you should receive via email a notification of payment and a "web ticket". Sometimes an email provider will block our emails which means you won't have received your web ticket. Or you may have accidentally deleted it upon receiving it.
You can retrieve your web ticket by following these simple instructions. You will require your payment notification to input information. If you have lost your payment notification then you'll need to email admin@thecomedybox.co.uk and request a new ticket is sent to you. Please provide your full name, the show title and the date and the number of tickets.
